Refund & Returns Policy
At Johnny’s Event Centre and Lounge, we are committed to delivering excellent service and ensuring your satisfaction. We understand that plans can change, and this policy outlines how refunds, cancellations, and rescheduling are handled across our services.
1. Room Reservations
Cancellations & Refunds:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours before check-in are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 24–48 hours before check-in will incur a 25% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before check-in or no-shows are non-refundable.
Modifications:
- You may reschedule your booking once free of charge if changes are requested at least 24 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling requests made within 24 hours are subject to availability and may incur a fee.
2. Event Centre Bookings
Deposits & Cancellations:
- A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm any event booking.
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will receive a partial refund (minus deposit).
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are non-refundable.
Postponements:
- You may postpone your event once, if requested at least 5 days in advance, subject to availability.
3. Lounge, Club & Restaurant
As our lounge, club, and restaurant services are pay-on-arrival and consumed on-site, no refunds are available once services have been provided.
4. Force Majeure
In the case of unavoidable or extraordinary events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or civil unrest), Johnny’s Event Centre and Lounge is not liable for cancellations. However, we will assess such situations on a case-by-case basis and may offer rescheduling or partial refunds where possible.
